The subscription period for this program, in accordance with the option terms, will take place from 15 November 2025 to 15 May 2026.</p><p>Ahead of the subscription period, and for the purpose of financing subscription of new shares related to the warrants allocated to senior executives in November 2022, the company’s CFO, Jesper Alm, has announced that he has recently sold parts of his existing shareholdings. The subscription of new shares will occur during the subscription period when trading permission is granted.
