Intea recruits Rikard Nyhrén as Head of Asset Management

Intea Fastigheter

Rikard Nyhrén is joining Intea as the new Head of Asset Management. Rikard will be part of the company’s management team with responsibility for overall asset management.

Rikard has extensive experience in senior roles within the property and asset management sector, most recently as CEO of Parmaco AB, and previously as COO of Newsec Property Asset Management AB, where he was also responsible for operations in Denmark for a period, as well as Head of Property Management at Hemsö AB. In his previous positions, he has worked on long-term value creation through active management with a clear focus on technology, sustainability, customers, and development.

”I am very pleased that Rikard is joining us and that we can start working together already in January. His experience from various roles related to management, sustainability, and digitalization will be a valuable addition to Intea”, says Charlotta Wallman Hörlin, CEO.

”I am very much looking forward to starting at Intea and, together with the local subsidiaries, continuing to develop asset management that creates long-term value. Intea has a strong position in social infrastructure with local presence and an entrepreneurial culture that combines growth with high quality”, says Rikard Nyhrén.
