Sveafastigheter AB (publ) (“Sveafastigheter”) and KlaraBo Sverige AB (publ) (“KlaraBo”) today jointly announced that the boards of directors of Sveafastigheter and KlaraBo have adopted a merger plan to combine the companies, reinforcing Sveafastigheter’s position as the largest listed residential property company on Nasdaq Stockholm.
Erik Hävermark, Chief Executive Officer of Sveafastigheter, and Andreas Morfiadakis, Chief Executive Officer of KlaraBo, will present the initiated merger in a webcast on 18 May 2026 at 10:00 CEST.
