Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) (“Astor Group” or the “Company”) will publish its interim report for the period January – June 2026 on 12 August 2026. Shareholders, analysts and media are invited to attend a digital presentation on the same day at 10:00 (CET), where CEO Martin Elovsson will present the report. The presentation will be followed by a live Q&A session. The event will be held in English and will be available afterwards on Astor Group’s website.

The session will also provide an insight into Martin Elovsson’s views on the Astor Group’s future development – with a focus on a selective acquisition strategy, the integration of subsidiaries and continued expansion in the European defence market.
