The board of directors of Jacktel AS (the "Company") has resolved to distribute
dividends of USD 0.025 per share, in accordance with the board authorization to
distribute dividends granted by the annual general meeting of the Company held
on 11 June 2025.
The dividend shall be classified as repayment of paid-in capital for tax
purposes.
