Jan Erik Hoff has been permanently appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Kongsberg Maritime ASA and joins the Executive Management Team. Hoff has served in the role on an interim basis since June this year.
Jan Erik Hoff brings extensive experience from Kongsberg Gruppen, including serving as Group Vice President, Investor Relations. Following Kongsberg Maritime's stock market listing in April, he assumed responsibility for Investor Relations and Business Intelligence within Kongsberg Maritime and has served as acting CFO since 18 June.

Mette Toft Bjørgen, who has served as CFO since the company was listed on the stock market in April this year, has decided to step down from the role and leave Kongsberg Maritime. Prior to the demerger and stock market listing in April, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Kongsberg Gruppen.
