The business segment JM Finland starts the production of 34 residential units in the first project in a new block in Pasila, Helsinki.
Production of the residential units in the new Radiokatu block will start in the first quarter of 2025, and sales will begin in the first half of 2025. The apartments will be in an excellent location next to the Helsinki Central Park and completion is estimated for the third quarter of 2026.
- JM plans to build a total of 600 homes in Pasila and we are very much looking forward to starting production in Radiokatu, where the units in the first project will be offered to the private market, says Teppo Isokangas, Regional Manager East, JM Finland.
Pasila is a district in the northern part of central Helsinki, and is also a major transport hub whose railway station is the second busiest in Finland with approximately 130,000 people passing through daily. The area is located four kilometers from the center of Helsinki.
