JM has started the production of the project Utblicken, consisting of 86 tenant-owned apartments in the new Huvudsta Strandpark area.
Utblicken is part of a larger block and consists of a slatted house of varying heights next to Bällstaviken in a lush part of Solna. Sales are in progress and occupancy is expected to start in the third quarter of 2026, with estimated completion at the turn of the year 2026/2027.
This is the second housing start in the new Huvudsta Strandpark area where JM intends to build a total of approximately 480 residential units spread over four blocks and with commercial premises.
