<div class="mfn-body"><p>Johan Svanström has today notified the Board of Directors of RVRC Holding AB (publ) (“RevolutionRace”) that he wishes to leave his position as member of the Board of Directors as of February 24, 2023. Johan is taking on a role as CEO of Rightmove, a UK listed company, and due to FTSE100 listings environment and requirements can not continue in the role as Board Member of RevolutionRace. Johan has served as Board member since 2018.</p><p>“I would like to extend the Board’s gratitude for Johan’s contribution. With his multiple years of experience in international roles within e-commerce, including as Global President of Hotels.com and Expedia Partner Solutions, he has been a valued member of the team. It is unfortunate to see Johan leave, but we wish him the best of luck in his new role.”, says Andreas Källström Säfweräng, Chairman of the Board, RevolutionRace.</p><p>“It has been a privilege to work with the founders Pernilla and Niclas Nyrensten, and also Altor since 2018, supporting the exceptional development and growth of RevolutionRace.
