The distribution is made in the form of shares in <a href="http://Done.ai">Done.ai</a> - <a href="http://done.ai">http://done.ai</a> Group AB ("<a href="http://Done.ai">Done.ai</a> - <a href="http://done.ai">http://done.ai</a>"), where each 306 shares (rounded) in the Company will give the holder right to receive 1 share in <a href="http://Done.ai">Done.ai</a> - <a href="http://done.ai">http://done.ai</a>, valued at NOK 7.2844 per share.
