Kats, Netherlands - December 16, 2025 -The Kingfish Company (Euronext: KING)
announces that Jordi Trias has informed the Supervisory Board of his intention
to resign from his position as member of the Supervisory Board during the first
quarter of 2026, with the exact date still to be determined.
Mr Trias will continue to serve on the Supervisory Board until his resignation
becomes effective. The Nomination Committee will initiate a search process to
identify a suitable successor.
Jeroen Scheelbeek, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, commented: "On behalf of
the Supervisory Board, I would like to sincerely thank Jordi for his exceptional
contribution over the past three years. His expertise, strategic insight and
wise judgement have been invaluable to Kingfish and have supported the Company's
growth and development during an important phase of its journey. His perspective
and experience will be greatly missed."

more fully on my responsibilities within my own business at Stolt Sea Farm."
