Kojamo and SRV have agreed on the acquisition of 42 new apartments on Santaniitynkatu 17 in Kerava. The acquisition is part of the cooperation agreement on 527 apartments made with SRV that was completed with a reverse tendering process organised by Kojamo.Santaniitynkatu 17 in Kerava is the first completed deal of the MEUR 120 cooperation agreement with SRV. On 30 August 2019, Kojamo plc and SRV signed a cooperation agreement on implementing rental apartments worth approximately MEUR 120 in Munkkivuori in Helsinki, Matinkylä in Espoo, Iivisniemi in Vantaa and Kerava. The agreement includes six locations with a total of 527 Lumo rental apartments to be completed. The agreement was announced with a stock exchange release on 30 August 2019.The 42 rental apartments are located by the railway station and services in the Kerava city centre. The apartments will be completed in early October. The apartments are singles and two-room apartments with ideal surface areas. In addition, the house has a few apartments with two or three bedrooms.Kojamo's strategy is to invest heavily in the growing apartment supply in Finnish growth centres where the demand for rental apartments is growing due to urbanisation and the popularity of living in rental apartments.
