Konecranes commences a share buy-back program
The Board of Directors of Konecranes has decided to commence a repurchase of Konecranes' own shares ("buy-back program") on the basis of the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting held on March 26, 2026. This buy-back program is in line with the new capital allocation principles defined by the company. The main terms of the buy-back program are:
The repurchases will be carried out in accordance with the so-called safe harbour rules referred to in Article 5 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU N:o 596/2014). Konecranes has appointed a third-party broker as the lead manager for the buyback program. The broker will make trading decisions independently, without influence from Konecranes.
Prior to the commencement of this program, the company holds, directly and through its subsidiaries, a total of 22,911 treasury shares.
