Kongsberg Maritime ASA: Successful placement of new senior unsecured bonds

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 17 August 2026.

Kongsberg Maritime ASA, rated BBB+/Stable by Nordic Credit Rating, has today completed the issuance of NOK 2.5 billion of new senior unsecured bonds across three tranches:

• NOK 400 million, 3-year tenor with a floating rate coupon of 3-month NIBOR + 0.57% p.a.
• NOK 1,600 million, 5-year tenor with a floating rate coupon of 3-month NIBOR + 0.82% p.a.
• NOK 500 million, 7-year tenor with a fixed rate coupon of 5.41% p.a.

An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Settlement date is set to be 28 August 2026.
