Last day to subscribe for AS Pro Kapital Grupp bonds is tomorrow
AS Pro Kapital Grupp reminds investors that investors in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania can subscribe for the bonds of AS Pro Kapital Grupp until 18 September 2026 at 15:30 (Estonian local time).
As part of the offer, Pro Kapital is offering bonds to retail and institutional investors in an aggregate amount of up to EUR 6 million, with the right to increase the issue up to EUR 10 million.
The nominal value of one bond is EUR 1,000. The bonds carry a fixed interest rate of 8.3% per annum, payable quarterly.
To subscribe for the bonds, an investor must hold a securities account with an account operator of Nasdaq CSD SE Estonian branch or with a member of Nasdaq Riga or Nasdaq Vilnius. Investors wishing to subscribe for the bonds must submit a subscription order through the account operator managing their securities account.
The announcement of the results of the offer will be announced on 22 September 2026 or a date close to this.
