LeoVegas AB Q4 2022 report published

On 22 September 2022, LeoVegas AB was de-listed from Nasdaq Stockholm, due to MGM Resorts International, through MGM Casino Next Lion LLC, acquiring over 98 percent of the shares. In addition to this, a process of compulsory redemption of the remaining shares has been initiated.

LeoVegas AB still has bonds, ISIN: SE0015242854, on the Nasdaq Stockholm corporate bond list. LeoVegas has published a quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2022, in accordance with the terms and conditions for the bonds.
