Lifco acquires Expand Media Group in Sweden

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in the Swedish company Expand Media Group International AB. Expand Media designs and produces portable event display and print solutions and sells to customers globally.

In 2023, Expand Media Group reported net sales of SEK 196 million. The company is based in Stockholm and Anderstorp, Sweden and Connecticut, USA and has 64 employees. Expand Media Group will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Special Products. Consolidation is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2024.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in the current financial year.
