The MTN program provides the opportunity to issue bonds on the Swedish market.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved and registered the updated Swedish language base prospectus. The prospectus is available on Lifco’s website <a rel="noopener" href="https://lifco.se/">lifco.se</a>.</p><p>SEB is the lead bank for the MTN program and will together with Danske Bank and DNB participate as issuing agents.
