Oslo, 3rd of June 2025: Lokotech Group AS (the "Company") has been informed of
the following trades by primary insiders (PDMRs) and persons closely related to
primary insiders (PCAs) of the Company:
* Yngve Bolstad Johansen, chairman of the board of directors of the Company, has
sold 856,388 shares in the Company to Black Monday Holding AS at an average
price per share of NOK 0.336. Black Monday Holding AS is a company owned and
controlled by Mr. Bolstad Johansen.
* Christian Rustad, CTO of the Company, has sold 555,555 shares in the Company
to Prozium AS at an average price per share of NOK 0.336. Prozium AS is a
company owned and controlled by Mr. Rustad.
* Ola Stene-Johansen, CEO of the Company, has returned 2,000,000 shares in the
Company to Infigent AS. The transaction entails settlement of the shares
borrowed by Mr. Stene-Johansen from Infigent AS, as announced in the stock
exchange notification published by the Company on the 20th of December 2024.
Infigent AS is a company controlled and partially owned by Mr. Stene-Johansen.
