Per Berggren, current Chairman of the Board of Castellum Aktiebolag, has informed the Nomination Committee that he declines re-election at Castellum's Annual General Meeting to be held on 7 May 2025.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Per Berggren has been the Chairman of the Board of Castellum since 2022 and a member of the Board since 2007.</p><p>Louise Richnau was born in 1966, has a Master of Science in Engineering and has a lengthy background in the property sector with investments, transactions, financing, establishment of new areas of operation, and sustainability issues.</p><p>The Nomination Committee’s other proposals will be announced in connection with the notice for the Annual General Meeting 2025.</p><p>"The Nomination Committee would like to thank Per for having, with great commitment and in a meritorious way, contributed to, and in recent years led, the Board's work during a time of changes and turbulent global surroundings.
