In connection with the annual general meeting scheduled for 25 April 2023 (the
"AGM"), chairman of the board of directors, Torstein Sanness, has received
proxies without voting instructions representing 18,691,977 shares and votes,
equal to 28% of all issued shares and votes. The proxies are valid only for the
AGM. In addition, Mr. Sanness controls, directly or indirectly, a total of
594,442 shares and votes which, together with received proxies, means that Mr.
Sanness controls 19,286,419 shares and votes, equal to 28.9%, at the AGM.
Consequently, the 25% disclosure threshold has been crossed. This information is
subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to sections 4-2 and 4-4 of the
Securities Trading Act.
