Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published 8 May 2026 regarding
the offer to purchase equity capital certificates in SpareBank 1 Østlandet
related to the bank's savings programme for employees.
SpareBank 1 Østlandet has today purchased 42 500 equity capital certificates at
a price of NOK 192 per equity capital certificate. The price was determined
through a reverse bookbuilding process.
The trade date will be today, 11 May 2026 (T), and settlement will take place 13
May 2026(T+2).
Following this transaction the bank owns 43 324 equity capital certificates in
SpareBank 1 Østlandet, corresponding to 0,03 % of the outstanding equity capital
certificates and votes in the bank.
