Anders Onarheim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of North Energy ASA, has
today, 4 September 2024, purchased 189,973 shares at NOK 2.4883 per share via
his fully owned company AB Investment AS. The total number of shares
beneficially owned by Onarheim after the transaction is 25,353,305, which equals
21.30% ownership in North Energy ASA.
Didrik Leikvang, Co-CEO of North Energy ASA, has today, 4 September 2024,
purchased 189,972 shares at NOK 2.4883 per share via his fully owned company
Isfjorden AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Leikvang after
the transaction is 11,059,550, which equals 9.29% ownership in North Energy ASA.
