Modulight Corporation has on 14 June 2024 received a notification in accordance with chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act, according to which the holdings of shares and votes of Ville-Pekka Vilokkinen in Modulight Corporation have before 19 April 2024 crossed the threshold of 5 per cent.
