As a consequence of the proposed merger between Multiconsult and Rejlers, Ove B. Haupberg will step down as Chief Financial Officer upon completion of the transaction.
"After four very rewarding years with Multiconsult, and close collaboration with many highly skilled colleagues, I am proud of what we have achieved together. As the merger is completed and my role in the company comes to an end at year-end, I look forward to applying my experience and expertise to new executive leadership opportunities outside the company," says Ove B. Haupberg.
Haupberg will continue in his current role until the 31 December 2026 and the planned completion of the merger.
