Multiconsult (OSE: MULTI)
Multiconsult Norge AS has entered into a framework agreement with Chemring Nobel AS related to technical advisory and design services for a potential Greenfield project in Norway.
The framework agreement has an initial term of three years and covers the delivery of multidisciplinary technical services across early project phases.
In connection with the framework agreement, the parties have also entered into an initial call-off covering technical advisory and conceptual design services within civil works, infrastructure and utilities. The contract value of the initial call-off for Multiconsult is estimated at NOK 45 million, excluding VAT. Initial work is expected to commence during the second quarter of 2026, and the work under the call-off is expected to be executed over an estimated period of approximately 9-12 months from commencement.
The call-off comprises early-phase engineering, concept development and decision support. Any further services under the framework agreement, including possible extensions or subsequent project phases, will be subject to separate call-offs and relevant approvals.
The agreement and the initial call-off do not represent a final investment decision for the project. Due to security and confidentiality considerations, further details will not be disclosed.
