Stockholm 2023-06-09 MyFirstApp Sweden AB (publ) ("MyFirstApp") announces the successful acquisition of 10Monkeys Oy ("10Monkeys") following approval at the annual general meeting. Over the past decade, 10Monkeys has developed a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform primarily providing educational services in mathematics. The company reported approximately 86,000 active users in 2022 and currently has a total of approximately 200,000 users in its database. Additionally, around 100,000 subscribers receive the company's newsletters. We look forward to working with the new team and their extensive global customer base, which includes schools, municipalities, libraries, and parents. MyFirstApp will promptly initiate a process to integrate 10Monkeys into its corporate group. Synergies between the companies already exist in the form of data, customer registers, and technology. Moving forward, the focus will be on product development, improvements, and intensified marketing. Following the completion of the 10Monkeys acquisition, we will continue our communicated strategy of identifying and acquiring additional entities within the sector.
