Napatech A/S: Q1 2026 Financial Results

(Copenhagen, 7 May 2026) Napatech A/S ("Napatech", OSE: NAPA) reported revenues
of USD 5.7 million in Q1 2026, corresponding to DKK 36.6 million, representing
69% growth in USD and 53% growth in DKK compared to Q1 2025. Gross margin for
the quarter was 70%, reflecting continued discipline in pricing, product mix,
and execution.

The company's EBITDA in Q1 2026 improved to negative DKK 18.1 million, driven by
higher volumes, sustained gross margins, and continued cost control. Cash flow
development was in line with expectations, and the company maintains a solid
liquidity position to support ongoing operations and growth initiatives.

Commercial momentum in Q1 reflected continued progress across AI, networking,
storage, cybersecurity, and fintech use cases. Napatech continues to convert its
growing design-win pipeline into revenue, supported by continued customer
engagement and partner collaboration.

The company continues to meet demanding customer requirements, supporting design
wins and strengthening Napatech's position in both the Core Infrastructure and
AI Infrastructure segments. 

Napatech remains focused on scaling the business in line with its strategy to
become a leading acceleration platform provider for the AI data center era.
Based on the performance in Q1 and current visibility, the company maintains its
financial guidance for 2026 unchanged:

Units sold: 	   8,700-10,700
Revenue: 	   DKK 200-240 million
Gross Margin:	   60-70%
Staff Expenses & Other External Costs:	DKK 170-180 million
Staff Costs Capitalized to Development:	DKK 5-8 million
