Oslo, Norway, 23 December 2024: Reference is made to the previous stock exchange
announcements from Norwegian Block Exchange AS (the "Company") regarding the
partially underwritten rights in the Company raising gross proceeds of up to NOK
17 million (the "Rights Issue").
The subscription period for the Rights Issue expired at 16:30 hours (CET) on 9
December 2024. The issue was fully subscribed, and payment has been made. Until
new shares are issued, Observatoriet Invest AS, a company closely associated to
board member, Bjørn Kjos has agreed to lend the company 2, 222, 222 shares so
that the company can allocate shares to guarantors. Further to this, NBX has
agreed to lend the following shares to noted parties:
Idealkapital AS: 833, 333 shares
Jaholmen AS: 555, 555 shares
M.Smith Holding AS: 416, 666 shares
Tortuga Holding AS: 416, 666 shares
