<div class="abstract">The Swedish Companies Registration Office has registered the name change from Net Trading Group NTG AB (publ) to GET Group AB (publ) and the company will thus change listing name and short name as of 18 October 2021.</div>On 24 September 2021 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Net Trading Group NTG AB (publ) decided that the company will change its name to GET Group AB (publ) and the name change is now registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office as of Tuesday 12 October 2021.The company's share will be traded under a new listing name and short name from Monday 18 October 2021. The company's new logo and website will be launched on Monday 18 October 2021.The new listing name will be GET Group AB and the new short name for the share will be GETG.ISIN and instrument ID remain unchanged.
