The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 14 June 2023 at 4.00 p.m. CEST at Finlandshuset Konferens, Stockholm.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Since notice of the Annual General Meeting that was planned to be held on 27 April 2023 has not been published in due time in the Official Swedish Gazette (Sw. <em>Post- och Inrikes Tidningar</em>), the Board of Directors of Gränges has resolved to postpone the Annual General Meeting to 14 June 2023.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>Notice of the Annual General Meeting will be published no later than four weeks prior to the new date. The proposals and agenda are unchanged compared to the notice published by the company on 23 March 2023.
