New number of shares and votes in Attendo AB (publ)

The total number of outstanding shares and votes in Attendo AB (publ) as of 29 May 2026 amounts to 144,802,487.

The number of shares and votes in Attendo has changed during May as a result of the Annual General Meeting 2026 resolving on a reduction of the share capital with cancellation of 6,393,639 own shares, which was registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office in May.

The total number of shares and votes in the company amounts to 144,802,487.
