Oslo, 6 October 2026 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Prosafe SE (the "Company") on 29 September 2026 regarding the board resolution of 28 September 2026, where the board resolved to issue 303 590 new shares as settlement of the restricted stock units vesting on 30 September 2026 under Company's long-term incentive program ("LTIP").
Registration of the 303 590 new shares have now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's registered share capital has consequently been increased by EUR 3 035.90, from EUR 3 525 379.66 to EUR 3 528 415.56, by issuance of 303 590 new shares, each with a nominal value of EUR 0.01.
The Company's new registered share capital is EUR 3 528 415.56, divided into 352 841 556 shares, each with a nominal value of EUR 0,01.
