STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 2 July 2026 at 9.00 EEST
New shares of United Bankers Plc are registered in the Finnish Trade Register
As previously announced, United Bankers Plc has completed a directed share issue as part of the payment of the purchase price for the acquisition of Fondita Fund Management Company Ltd. In the share issue, United Bankers issued 61,539 new shares in the Company for subscription.
The 61,539 new shares issued in the share issue have today, 2 July 2026, been registered in the Trade Register maintained by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office. Following the registration of the new shares, the total number of shares in the Company is 11,188,105, of which 67,590 are treasury shares held by the Company.
The new shares will entitle their holders to dividend and other distribution of funds, and to other shareholder rights in the Company after the new shares have been entered in the Company’s shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd, on or around 6 July 2026. Trading with the new shares commences on the regulated market of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or around 6 July 2026.
