Oslo, 22 May 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by NEXT
Biometrics Group ASA (the "Company", OSE ticker NEXT) on 16 May 2023 regarding
the share issue resolved by the board of directors in connection with exercise
of options under the Company's share option program.
The share capital increase pertaining to the option program has now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.
Foretaksregisteret). The new share capital of the Company is NOK 91,995,763,
divided into 91,995,763 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
