Nidhogg Resources Holding AB: Nidhogg Resources: The Administrative Court of Appeal grants leave to appeal in Vintjärn and Kölen no. 6 cases
Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) (the "Company" or "Nidhogg") announces that the Administrative Court of Appeal has decided to grant leave to appeal in the cases where Big Rock Mineral AB, in consultation with Nidhogg, has appealed the Administrative Court in Luleå's judgments regarding the exploration permits Vintjärn and Kölen no. 6.
The Administrative Court of Appeal's decision means that the court will consider the cases on their merits. Leave to appeal is granted when there is reason to believe that the Administrative Court's decision may be incorrect or when it is important for the application of the law that the matter is examined by a higher court.
The company takes a positive view of the Administrative Court of Appeal's decision and assesses that this creates the conditions for an in-depth judicial review of the circumstances that formed the basis for the Mining Inspectorate's rejection.
The company will provide further information as the Administrative Court of Appeal's proceedings progress or when new significant events occur.
