Nixu will publish its half-year report for January-June 2023 on Thursday 10 August 2023 at 8.30 a.m. The stock exchange release and presentation materials will be available on the company's website at www.nixu.com/investors.

As DNV AS has acquired 98.3 per cent of Nixu Plc's shares following its public cash tender offer in February, Nixu will not organize a full presentation after the half-year result. Instead, analysts, investors and the media will be offered the opportunity to listen to a short summary about the result and ask questions by participating in an English-language webcast to be held on Thursday, 10 August 2023 at 10.00 a.m. Questions will be answered by CEO Teemu Salmi and CFO Janne Kärkkäinen.
