(the "Company") advises that a Special General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company was held today on 9 January 2024 at 09:00 hours at Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton, HM08, Bermuda (the "SGM"). Reference is made to the press release by the Company on 13 December 2023 regarding the SGM and associated information, proposing to consider and approve the delisting of the Company's shares from Oslo Børs (the "Proposal"). The Company hereby announces that the shareholders of the Company approved the Proposal at the SGM with a majority of 97.96%.
