Nomination Committee Appointed for the 2026 Annual General Meeting in Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ)
According to the Instruction and Rules of Procedure for the Nomination Committee, the committee is to consist of three members representing the three largest shareholders as of the last trading day in September. If any of the three largest shareholders do not wish to exercise their right to appoint a member, the right to appoint such a member then passes to the next largest shareholder.
The Nomination Committee comprises av Andreas Lindenhierta, representing M2 Gruppen, Rutger Arnhult, representing Gårdarike and Magnus Örtorp, representing Fino Förvaltning AB. The term of office for members of the Nomination Committee shall run until a new Nomination Committee is appointed.
The shareholders who appointed the members of the Nomination Committee represented approximately 73 percent of the outstanding votes in Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) as of 30 September.
The Nomination Committee’s proposals will be presented in the notice of the Annual General Meeting for 2026 and on the company’s website wbgr.se/en.
