In accordance with the resolution of the previous Annual General Meeting, the Chairman of the Board has, after consultation with the company’s three largest shareholders in terms of votes, convened a Nomination Committee.
The Nomination Committee appointed ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting of Svedbergs Group AB (publ) consists of the following members:
Johan Wester, Stena Adactum AB, Chairman
Fredrik Ahlin, If Skadeförsäkring AB
Richard Torgerson, Nordea Funds
Anders Wassberg, Chairman of the Board
In total, the Nomination Committee represents 70 percent of the votes for all shares in the company, based on the ownership structure as of 31 August 2026.
The tasks of the Nomination Committee include preparing proposals for Board members, the Chairman of the Board, fees to Board members and auditors, and the chairman of any Extraordinary General Meeting and/or Annual General Meeting.
The Nomination Committee’s proposals will be presented in the notice of the Annual General Meeting, which will be held on 27 April 2027, and on the company’s website.
