<div class="abstract">The Nomination Committee of Byggmax Group AB (publ) for the Annual General Meeting 2026 has been appointed in accordance with the Nomination Committee's principles.</div>The Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2026 has the following composition:<ul type="disc">	<li>Peter Nygren, Verdipapirfondet Odin Sverige</li>	<li>Frank Larsson, Handelsbanken Fonder AB</li>	<li>Richard Torgerson, Nordea Funds AB </li>	<li>Anders Moberg, Chairman of Byggmax Group AB (publ)</li></ul>&nbsp;The Nomination Committee shall prepare and submit proposals to the Annual General Meeting regarding: <ul type="disc">	<li>the election of the Chairman of the AGM</li>	<li>the number of Board members</li>	<li>the election of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and other Board members on the company's Board Directors</li>	<li>directors' fees specified between the Chairman of the Board of Directors and other Board members</li>	<li>the election of and approval of fees to the auditor and deputy auditor (where applicable)</li>	<li>resolutions on principles regulating the appointment of the Nomination Committee</li></ul>&nbsp;The Nomination Committee has been appointed based on the ownership structure as of 31 August 2025. The Nomination Committee shall appoint its Chair from among its members.
