In connection with the extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") in Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") to be held on 9 September 2025, the chair of the board of directors, Terje Bodin Larsen, has received proxies without voting instructions representing 15,840,195 shares and votes, equal to approximately 10.72% of all issued shares and votes. The proxies are valid only for the EGM.In addition, Terje Bodin Larsen owns 75,000 shares in the Company through his related party Vineta Ltd.
