<div class="abstract">Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by NRS earlier today on 7 November 2022 regarding completion of the merger with SalMar ASA.</div>The merger has after close of trading on Oslo Børs today been completed by registration in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Consequently, NRS has now been struck off as a company, and the last day of trading in the NRS shares on Oslo Børs was today. SalMar has now absorbed all assets, rights and obligations of NRS. The merger consideration, consisting of cash and new shares in SalMar, is expected to be delivered to the former shareholders of NRS on or about 11 November 2022.
