in Norwegian Air Shuttle participating in the company's Employee Share Savings
Plan. The average price was NOK 14.1033 per share.

responsibilities in accordance with Regulation EU 596/2014 (MAR) article 19 and
section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
