In accordance with the EU’s Market Abuse Regulation article 19, Digizuite A/S must notify Finanstilsynet and publicly disclose transactions made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them on trading of Digizuite A/S shares.
Digizuite A/S hereby notify and submit the following transactions of shares in Digizuite A/S:
Johan Jardevall, Board member in Digizuite A/S, Kim Wolters, Chief Executive Officer in Digizuite A/S, and Michael Koehn Milland, Board member in Digizuite A/S, have each subscribed for shares in Digizuite A/S in connection with exercise of warrants on 22 August 2023. Further, Kim Wolters, Chief Executive Officer in Digizuite A/S, has exercised additional warrants, which have been net settled by cash payment.
