NSKOGRegulatory press release01.10.2026 klo 08.00
Reference is made to the press release dated 1 July 2026. The sale of properties
from Norske Skog Saugbrugs to Norsk Nukleær Dekommisjonering (NND) was completed
in the third quarter of 2026 following a significant effort from both parties.
Norske Skog Saugbrugs will have access to the areas for the continued operation
of PM4 and PM5 until the second half of 2028.

"We are very pleased to have completed this comprehensive transaction with NND,
and we look forward to continuing our good cooperation and to work closely
together in Halden going forward," says Geir Drangsland, CEO of Norske Skog.

The transaction will result in an accounting gain of approximately NOK 330
million, positively impacting EBITDA, which will be recognised in the third
quarter of 2026. The proceeds of NOK 770 million from the sale will be
recognised as receivable on 30 September 2026 until received from the settlement
