NTI: Norsk Titanium Approved as Additive Manufacturing Special Processor for Northrop Grumman

Norsk Titanium
PLATTSBURGH, NEW YORK - April 14, 2023: Norsk Titanium US Inc. (OSL: NTI, OTCQX:
NORSF), a global leader in metal 3D printing through its Rapid Plasma
Deposition® (RPD®) technology and ongoing part sales to the highly regulated
commercial aerospace and semiconductor industries, announces its addition to
Northrop Grumman's approved special processor listings (ASPL) for production of
wire-fed rapid plasma deposition of titanium.

As part of an ongoing development effort, Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems
(NGAS) is evaluating the application of Norsk Titanium's RPD® technology for
aircraft componentry for NGAS US Department of Defense (DoD) applications.
Norsk Titanium plans to continue maturing their RPD® technology for DoD
applications, and has configured their operations at the Plattsburgh Defense and
Qualification Center (PDQC) to handle efforts controlled under International
Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

About Norsk Titanium:
Norsk Titanium is a global leader in metal 3D printing, innovating the future of
metal manufacturing by enabling a paradigm shift to a clean and sustainable
manufacturing process. With its proprietary Rapid Plasma Deposition® (RPD®)
technology and 700 MT of production capacity, Norsk Titanium offers
cost-efficient 3D printing of value-added metal parts to a large addressable
market. RPD® technology uses significantly less raw material, energy, and time
than traditional energy-intensive forming methods, presenting customers with an
opportunity to better manage input costs, logistics, and environmental impact.
RPD® printed parts are already flying on commercial aircraft, and Norsk Titanium
has gained significant traction with large defense and industrial customers.
