<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>The number of votes in Eolus Vind Aktiebolag (publ) (“Eolus Vind”) has changed as a result of the conversion of 1,000 class A shares to 1,000 class B shares.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The conversion was made at the request of a shareholder in accordance with Eolus Vind’s articles of association. The number of votes has decreased by 900, from 3,647,762.5 to 3,646,862.5, while the total number of shares remains unchanged.
