OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Obducat Europe GmbH, a leading supplier of system solutions for lithography processing, has received an order from an existing customer in Canada, for the supply of a QS 200 resist processing tool. The order value amounts to approx. 1 million SEK.The QS system is configured to perform developing as well as thermal processes. Obducat supplied a resist coater during last year to the customer and the now ordered QS 200 tool will be installed in the same cleanroom facilities.
