OBDUCAT has received an order from its collaboration partner NxQ for the supply of a resist processing system based on the Company's Microcluster platform for large substrates. The system will form part of an integrated lithography solution to be delivered to a US-based company active in the defense industry. The order value amounts to SEK 37.3 million and delivery is planned for the fourth quarter of 2027.
The order is for a resist processing system with capabilities for substrate cleaning, coating, temperature processing and developing. Based on Obducat's Microcluster 600 platform, the system is designed to process larger substrate sizes.
Obducat's system will be integrated with NxQ's mask aligner and mask library system to form a complete lithography cluster solution for the end customer. This increases the productivity of the lithography solution as well as the quality of the products produced.
The order represents an important commercial milestone for Obducat and demonstrates the Company's ability to provide advanced resist processing solutions for demanding industrial applications.
"We are very pleased to receive this significant order from NxQ. The order demonstrates the capabilities of our Microcluster platform in advanced lithography applications and highlights the value of combining our resist processing technology with complementary technologies from our partners. We look forward to working closely with NxQ on the delivery of the integrated solution to the end customer," says Patrik Lundström, CEO of Obducat.
